In this intensive two-day hands-on course, participants will gain the skills and knowledge necessary
to analyze, model, and document business processes and workflows. The course focuses on
business process analysis using our methodical yet practical
PROMAP methodology. Emphasis is
placed on process visualization using an industry standard notation in the context of a process-centric
business architecture. This workshop is geared towards practicing business analyst who are looking
